No complicated contracts or recurring payments -these discounted packages simply bundle all of your pet's wellness services, making it easier to plan and budget their veterinary care.

Young Preventative Care Plan

- Best for: Healthy dogs & cats ages 1 to 4

Core+Plus Preventative Care Plan

- Best for: Dogs & cats ages 4 to 7

Senior Preventative Care Plan

- Best for: Senior dogs & cats ages 7 and above

- Serum chemistry panel
- Urinalysis & Thyroid test
- proBNP heart test (cats)
- Blood pressure screening
*Puppy & kitten plans include multiple doses of all vaccines which require multiple rounds.
**Any required “booster” doses (e.g., a second round of Leptospirosis or FeLV vaccine) are not included in adult & senior plans, but are discounted for enrolled pets.
Canine Influenza vaccination is not included in any of the plans, but is discounted for enrolled pets.
Plans do not include dispensed medications or sick-pet exams. All included services are to be rendered within 12 months of the plan purchase date. Please contact us for further details.
